arest Cafe Damansara Uptown

Finally i got to taste their famous strawberry cake! It was definitely worth the trip, the cake itself was fluffy and creamy, how can the cake be so lightweight as if i was eating cotton candy? The cream complimented the cake greatly. And the strawberry coulis was light and delicious. Will come back for it again after I lost all of my baby fat. Received a latte for my birthday, look at the art? Amazing! Ordered the fish and chip, the batter was crispy and coated the tilapia fish nicely. The tartar sauce had a balance of flavour. I dont prefer tilapia as usually tilapia would be flavourless but i love the tilapia fish and chip here as it was fresh and flavourful. Overall great food, great service and ambience.

Like the experience in this store. Previous time was going the Bukit Jalil store, but this store is totally different with the one. This store more relax and song was also soft and nice. Staff here also nice and smiley. Truffle Pizza is the most delicious and recommend. Truffle smell strong and good in taste. Salmon Carbonara is also delicious. For drink, Nutty coconut is nice.

The pizza was amazing, spaghetti is a little out of price range when you try it and also the portion. The drink is very special! Atmosphere is still okay, my original seat was upstairs but it was too noisy and disturbing cuz have some girls are talking so loud and didn't take care of other's feelings, so I decided to change to downstairs. Even though downstairs have a lot people, but it was not that loud or noisy like upstairs. Service crew are polite and amend it very quickly.

Saw this place when entering to Starling Mall, came to know that their famous strawberry cake from google review. From its outlook didnt expect it is a fluffy cake inside well balanced white cream with its strawberry compote/sauce. So many special drinks would like to try at the end, chosen the kokomomo which is so special and nice and another drink we stick to classic/ basic piccolo latte. Smoked duck hawaiian pizza with nice crust and juicy toppings. Lastly, thanks to the friendly staffs for good service. Surely will come back for more…

It was half past ten, and we were craving a caffeine fix with no idea where to go. So we wandered aimlessly around Damansara Uptown, hoping a café would find us instead. Then we stumbled upon this cosy little spot—and something about it immediately drew us in. Nice, relaxing ambiance—perfect for gatherings with friends and family. The coffee is excellent. The berry oolong and mango peach drinks are beautifully presented and delicious. Amir, the barista, is super friendly and welcoming. We were also treated to mini floss cake and seaweed mini floss cake—both soft, fluffy, and tasty. A lovely complimentary treat from the house. We will definitely come back again because Arest is in our favourite list now

Had a pleasant time here. Food is nice, quite standard. But the scene stealer is definitely the signature strawberry cake. It’s soft and moist and not too sweet. I’d come back for the cake again.

A relatively new outlet in Damansara Uptown. Cafe nicely decorated but tables are quite limited. A little difficult to make booking as was told they were fully booked for lunch on a Sunday and requested that we walk in. After some pressing, they accepted our booking for 4 pax. Service is good and fast. Food is hit and miss. We loved the thin crust pizza. The pasta was good but the mala chicken noodles was way too spicy despite our request to make it less spicy. The shark meat Don was not nice as the shark meat was obviously frozen and not fresh. The assam pedas wasn't great too. The cakes looks good but we only tried the mochi as the rest was too heavy for us after lunch. Parking is always a challenge around uptown so it's best to park at Starling Mall and walk over. Update Came back in Sep25. Ordered the rice bowl and fish & chips. Food was better than the first time. Wanted to order the mochi dessert but unfortunately was sold out.
